How long will it take to build my bed?

Our team in Santa Fe will begin building your bed once an order has been placed. Completion will take 8 to 10 weeks.

What are your shipping policies?

We charge a flat $300 shipping fee for all orders in the continental US which offsets some of our cost for blanket wrap shipping. Our delivery partner will reach out to schedule a delivery window for when the furniture will be delivered inside the home. During this delivery window, our partners are unable to remove or move pre-existing furniture. Please have your space clear and ready for the delivery window.

Blanket wrap shipping works with smaller companies than UPS and FedEx and delivery times can vary depending on their scheduling.

Assembly of each piece is straightforward and detailed instructions will be sent along with the piece. You will need a friend for assembly.

Are customizations possible?

Yes! Our beds are built for 10” mattresses but if your mattress is a different height, we are happy to accommodate. Please reach out after placing an order to let us know.

Additionally, we love customizations—from live edge headboards and special order wood species to changes in height— please understand that customizations may affect pricing. We would love to hear from you about what you have in mind.

Do you accept returns?

Because we are a small business and every piece is carefully crafted by hand in our Santa Fe studio, we are unable to offer returns.

What is your warranty?

We have never had a piece of our furniture break or fail, but if there is any issue we will work with you to find the best solution.
